Tilt Walls Go Up at XSpace Houston

Construction milestone marks major progress on Houston’s newest flexible-space development.

HOUSTON, SEPT. 29, 2026 — XSpace Group today announced that wall construction is underway at XSpace Houston, the Company’s flexible-space development in the Houston Design Center. The milestone follows the project’s groundbreaking earlier this year and marks a key step toward completion.

Construction is being led by KDW, a Texas-based general contractor and XSpace’s returning builder, which also completed XSpace Austin. KDW is also an equity partner in the project alongside Pyek Financial and an advisory group led by Welcome Wilson Jr.

XSpace Houston will offer customizable spaces for purchase or lease, ranging from private offices to luxury vehicle storage, designed to meet the growing demand for flexible, high-quality space in one of Houston's most dynamic neighborhoods. The development is designed by architect Francisco González-Pulido of FGP Atelier.
