Every XSpace Houston unit includes a waived Social Membership initiation, elected at closing or within 30 days.

    The RAFA Social Membership initiation fee is waived in full. Standard Social dues apply after activation.

  • Elected at or Within 30 Days of Closing

    Buyer notifies XSpace at closing or up to thirty days after. RAFA activates the membership the same week the election is made.

  • Full Social Access

    Clubhouse, member events, and RAFA Family programming across the network. Guest privileges consistent with Social Membership terms.

  • Initial Buyer Only

    The Social waiver is tied to the original buyer of the unit, non-transferable, and forfeited if not elected within the thirty-day window.
