HOUSTON, Texas — August 5, 2026 — XSpace Group today announced a strategic partnership with SERHANT., the tech-forward luxury real estate firm, to bring national media reach and market leadership to the XSpace Houston project. XSpace Houston will be located in the city’s vibrant Design Center at 7022 Old Katy Rd. Projected to open in 2027, the Houston location will feature customizable spaces for Houston’s executive and professional class.
To lead regional sales and support nationwide growth, XSpace will partner with Texas-based SERHANT. teams: Nelson Co. Group, led by Eric Nelson in Houston, and Petersen Real Estate Group, operating out of Dallas-Fort Worth.
