HOUSTON, APRIL 20, 2026 – XSpace Group (“XSpace” or the Company) announced the groundbreaking of XSpace Houston, a cutting-edge flexible space development in Houston’s Design Center. The project will provide customizable spaces for purchase or lease, catering to Houston’s thriving professional class. Construction will be led by KDW, a Texas-based general contractor and XSpace's returning builder, having completed XSpace Austin.
XSpace Houston will offer a fresh approach to nonresidential real estate, allowing tenants to design their units for a variety of uses.
