RAFA Racing Club is a Houston-based motorsports club and event venue. RRC launched to create a space where high-performance car enthusiasts can network, train, and socialize.

Its headquarters in Houston is a 28,000-square-foot facility with driver-training simulators, workout facilities, and event space for corporate functions, private parties, and car-club meetups.

Membership Details

One credit, one owner. Apply it to Social initiation now, or carry it toward Lifetime — your call, within the election window.

Option A

Social Initiation Waived

Activate a full RAFA Social Membership at zero initiation cost. Standard Social dues apply after activation. Election must be made within ninety days of the offer.

  • Full Social Access

    Clubhouse, member events, and RAFA Family programming at both RAFA locations. Full guest privileges consistent with Social Membership terms.

  • Zero Initiation

    The $25,000 Social Membership initiation is waived in full for XSpace Austin unit owners. No prorate, no financing structure required.

  • 90-Day Election Window

    Existing XSpace Austin owners have ninety days from receipt of this offer to elect. Credentials issued the same week the election is made.

  • Initial Owner Only

    The benefit is tied to the original owner of the unit and does not transfer on resale. It is not a floating amenity on the property. Forfeited if not elected within the window.

Option B

Applied Toward Lifetime

Prefer to go straight to the top tier? The same $25,000 applies as a direct credit against the RAFA Lifetime Membership. The buyer covers the balance and steps into permanent full access. Same ninety-day election window applies.

  • Direct Dollar Credit

    $25,000 comes off the Lifetime Membership initiation on activation. No conditions on Social tenure. Available on unit closing or anytime after.

  • Lifetime Access

    Permanent membership across the RAFA network, all locations, and every membership benefit currently offered to Lifetime members.

  • Convert Anytime

    Owners who take Option A first can still apply the $25,000 toward Lifetime later. The credit stays on the owner's ledger until it is used.

  • One Credit, One Owner

    The $25,000 credit is used once, by the original owner of the unit, in either Option A or Option B. It cannot be split or transferred.
