AUSTIN & HOUSTON, November 9, 2023 - XSpace Group (“XSpace”) today announced plans to construct a bespoke flexible space development, XSpace The Woodlands™, on a property near the intersection of Six Pines Drive and Lake Woodlands Drive in The Woodlands Town Center. The property will include spaces for purchase. Each XSpace can be customized by entrepreneurs, collectors, and hobbyists for a multitude of purposes, including storage, offices, showrooms, or personal use. XSpace The Woodlands will address the demand for innovative space in the Greater Houston area, one of the country’s fastest-growing metro regions. XSpace The Woodlands will meet the market and consumer demand in the area as buyers are looking for additional and secondary spaces.

XSpace The Woodlands will offer owners and tenants a dynamic and thriving community in a beautifully designed space.”

XSpace The Woodlands will be designed by renowned architect Francisco Gonzalez Pulido of FGP Atelier. Integrating design, science, and technology, FGP Atelier takes a multidisciplinary approach to create active spaces, infrastructure, and urban networks that respond to their surroundings, ecology, culture, and technology. Pulido is best known for his iconic design for the Stadium of Diablos Rojos in his native Mexico, the ‘Veer’ Towers in Las Vegas, the Shanghai International Financial Center, and the Felipe Ángeles International Airport in Mexico City. XSpace The Woodlands design will incorporate the existing natural landscapes in The Woodlands, and units will be customizable for buyers.

The project is a joint venture between XSpace and Howard Hughes, developer of The Woodlands.

Ecker has worked with business leaders throughout his career helping to align office location selection with the long-term physical and cultural needs of businesses.
