What a journey it has been!

At the start of this year, we faced challenges with our building, encountering design and financial hurdles that almost seemed insurmountable. However, with perseverance and an unwavering commitment to providing the best product for our tenants and buyers, XSpace has made remarkable strides. We have transitioned from a struggling structure to a beacon of efficiency and versatility. Thanks to our new architect, Francisco Gonzalez-Pulido, we now have a brilliantly designed building concept, tailored not necessarily for self-storage but also for adaptability to a multitude of uses.

Our tenants and owners are thrilled with the prospect of having space that can effortlessly be transformed into whatever suits their needs. When asked what XSpace is, I have always said, “It is whatever you want to be, as long as you don’t live there!” This transformation of our company would not have been possible without your unwavering support and trust. We are excited to continue the journey, creating functional and customizable spaces to meet our users' evolving requirements.

Lastly, no message I send would be complete without thanking our XSpace Team! Byron and I would still be looking at each other, wondering what to do next without Mary, Lyle, Marta, and Francisco. These people are what make XSpace the great company it has become.
